They are a few words you will need to know before using your essential oils and putting them to good use.

• neat- means the oil can be used without mixing another kind of oil with it.
• diluted- means a “carrier oil” needs to be added.
• carrier oil-  this is any type of oils you choose to mix your oils with.  The recommends olive oil, grapeseed oil, vegetable oil, or coconut oil.  Carrier oils can extend the life of your oils when mixing ahead of time by slowing the evaporation process.
• topically- means the oil can be applied to the skin.
• aromatically- means the oils can be diffused or inhaled staright from the bottle.
• diffuser- works like a cool mist humidifier, just add water and the desired amount of oils and turn on.  It works best for a 10X10 room and runs for two hours continuously or can be turned off manually at any desired time
• ingested- mean they can be taken in a capsule, put in a GLASS of water, or dropped directly on the tongue
• therapuetic grade- The essential oils that we are speaking about are 100% pure theapuetic grade oils and being this high of quality means you are able to get the most benefits possible.
